Payment/Delivery Costs
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery. RealBeers.ie delivers to your door throughout Ireland for one price of €7.00 per case* to one address and applies to deliveries within Ireland only.
While payment is only accepted via our shopping cart when you check out an order, we do accept cheques by post. If you wish to pay by cheque, please email info@realbeers.ie for postal information and also bare in mind that payment by cheque will greatly increase any delays in receiving your chosen product.
* Note: Where possible, we will try to package smaller additional items, such as glasses and merchandise as one case/package to avoid additional costs and retain a single charge. This is especially applicable to Gift Packs which are charged €7.00 for up to every two items delivered as a pair.
Delivery Times
We are currently reviewing our Beer Browser to include a flaggin system indicating estimated delivery times. Standard delivery is normally between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm within 10 WORKING days* of the order being received by us and paid by credit/debit card, and within 15 working days for orders paid by cheque. If you have a special requirement such as next day, Saturday delivery, or specific celebration deadlines, please contact info@realbeers.ie stating your requirement.
Packaging: Some times beer must be packed in boxes other than the original packaging supplied. This is due to the fragile nature of cases and to avoid breakages. If a courier reports any damages we must await return of the product until we can dispatch a replacement product.
* Note: Some Beers are harder to source than others and occasionally we experience supplier difficulties, in which case we will contact customers and inform them of any delays experienced or expected. Any time or date given for delivery is an estimate only. Although we will make every effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within stated times. If no one is available to accept your order at the address given, the courier will leave a card providing you with a phone number in order to make alternative delivery arrangements.
TIPS on Ordering:
• While we make every effort to ensure speedy delivery, we cannot deliver weekends or within less than 2 days of a an order being placed
• Always include the "Recipient's Phone Number" in your order details
• Check your credit card & address details before finishing your order
• Check emails regularly for any correspondance with Customer Services

By using the RealBeers.ie site and availing of it's associated services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Real Beers Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment shall be by means of credit card or debit card prior to despatch, subject to the authority from the card issuer, or by means of cleared cheque issued on the name of Real Beers Ltd prior to despatch. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an e-mail at the e-mail address provided by you on your order form. Real Beers Ltd reserves the right to change the description, specification, and price of its products and services without notice. All orders for goods advertised on our website are subject to availability. Real Beers Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason. In exceptional cases, such as where Real Beers Ltd does not have the item or items you have ordered in stock, and cannot therefore deliver those items, we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or to let you know the time delay. We will not debit your credit or debit card until an order has been accepted. Real Beers Ltd shall replace, free of charge, goods lost or damaged in transit, providing that the customer shall: i. Give us notice by telephone, or by fax, or by mail, or by e-mail, confirming the nature of the loss and damage, within three days of delivery, ii. Where the goods are delivered by outside carriers, comply with such carrier’s conditions of carriage for notification of such claims. Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied for whatever reason. The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. All brand names, product names, and copy rights used in this site are trade marks or trade names or copy rights of their respective holders. No permission is granted by Real Beers Ltd in respect of the use of any such brand names or product names or copy rights and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder’s rights.
