How to Order
Ordering at RealBeers.ie is simple and flexible.
- Chose the beer you wish to order, browsing by country of origin,
or type of beer, or search for the beer by name.
- Next indicate the number of cases you want, and click the Add to
Cart button. The minimum order is one case.
- At anytime while you are shopping, you
can view the contents of your Shopping Cart by clicking on the “View Cart” link at the top of each page. A summary of your current cart contents is also displayed on the right-hand side of each page.
You can edit or remove items from the dedicated Shopping Cart page.
- Once you have selected all the products
you wish to order, click the “Check-Out button to proceed to
the payment stage. Here you will be asked to fill in your name, contact
details and the delivery address. You must then choose how to pay
for your order (see Paying for your Order).
- Once your order has been received you will be sent a confirmation
e-mail notification.
- When your payment details have been processed you will receive a
second e-mail confirming that your order has now been processed.
Payment
Currently at RealBeers.ie you may choose from one of three payment methods:
- Pay on-line by Credit Card. When you submit your credit card details
on the Realbeers.ie website your information is encrypted and sent
to us securely. Your payment is processed manually and a confirmation
sent to you that the transaction has been completed.
- Credit Card details sent separately. If you
would prefer not to use your credit card on-line you may choose this
option. At the end of the ordering process you will be asked to print
out your Order Form. On this you will find a space to fill in the relevant
card details. You can then send, or fax your credit card details to
us, after which we will process and ship your order. You may also phone
in your credit card details, quoting your order number, on .
- Send cheque before delivery. Similar to 2. Print out your receipt,
and send to us, with a cheque written to the correct amount. Write
the order number from your Order Form on the back of the cheque. We
will clear your cheque, and then process and ship your order. Make
cheques payable to Real Beers Ltd and send to RealBeers.ie, Real Beers Ltd, MG Building, Unit 12, Ladyswell Road, Mullhuddart, Dublin 15, Ireland.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard.
Delivery
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery. RealBeers.ie
operates one standard delivery charge of €7.00 for each case ordered
to one address and applies to deliveries within Ireland only.
Standard delivery is normally between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm within 10
working days of the order being received by us and paid by credit/debit
card, and within 15 working days for orders paid by cheque. If you have
a special requirement such as next day or Saturday delivery, please contact info@realbeers.ie stating
your requirement.
If no one is available to accept your order at the address given, the
courier will leave a card providing you with a phone number in order
to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Any time or date given for delivery is an estimate only. Although
we will make every effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not
accept liability for failure to deliver within stated times.
Privacy Policy
At Realbeers.ie we make every effort to comply with our obligations
under the Data Protection Act. Additionally we understand the importance
of maintaining the confidentiality of the information you may give us
while using the site.
Information we collect from users of the site will be stored by us
on computers in Ireland and may be used in the following ways:
Contact Details
We will use the contact details that you give us (your name, job title,
telephone and fax number and your e-mail and postal address) to provide
services requested by you. These details will be used by us to provide
you with information about other services and products, promotions, competitions,
fresh introductions and special offers.
You have the option to refuse any communications from us at the time you
place your order and to choose to discontinue receiving communications
from us at any time. If you have any questions arising from these processes,
or if you wish to change your contact details please e-mail info@realbeers.ie.
Cookies
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of
your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store your details
if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option.
Access to Data
You have the right to be told what personal information we hold about
you on our databases. You should write to us at Real Beers Ltd, MG Building, Unit 12, Ladyswell Road, Mullhuddart, Dublin 15, Ireland stating your full name, address and enclosing a cheque for €5
in respect of administrative charges for fulfilling the request.
Terms & Conditions
By using the RealBeers.ie site and availing of it's associated services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Real Beers Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the
goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment shall
be by means of credit card or debit card prior to despatch, subject to
the authority from the card issuer, or by means of cleared cheque issued
on the name of Real Beers Ltd prior to despatch.
- Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has
been accepted by sending you an e-mail at the e-mail address provided
by you on your order form.
- Real Beers Ltd reserves the right to change the description, specification,
and price of its products and services without notice. All orders for
goods advertised on our website are subject to availability. Real Beers
Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company
for whatever reason.
- In exceptional cases, such as where Real Beers Ltd does not have the
item or items you have ordered in stock, and cannot therefore deliver
those items, we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or to
let you know the time delay. We will not debit your credit or debit card
until an order has been accepted.
- Real Beers Ltd shall replace, free of charge,
goods lost or damaged in transit, providing that the customer shall:
i. Give us notice by telephone, or by fax, or by mail, or by e-mail,
confirming the nature of the loss and damage, within three days of
delivery,
ii. Where the goods are delivered by outside carriers,
comply with such carrier’s conditions
of carriage for notification of such claims.
- Goods may be returned within 7 days of
delivery if you are not satisfied for whatever reason. The postage
and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility.
- All brand names, product names, and copy
rights used in this site are trade marks or trade names or copy rights
of their respective holders. No permission is granted by Real Beers Ltd
in respect of the use of any such brand names or product names or copy
rights and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder’s
rights.
- Your use and browsing in Real Beers Ltd’s RealBeers.ie website
are undertaken at your own risk. Real Beers Ltd will not be held liable
for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages
arising out of your access to, or use of, Real Beers Ltd’s RealBeers.ie
website.
- Force Majeure. Real Beers Ltd shall have no liability to you for any
failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or
for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event
or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
- All purchases from Real Beers Ltd are subject to Irish Law. Customers
must be over 18 years of age.
